Pilates

Pilates gives strength, mobility, balance and radiance to the trainer, regardless of age. This effective training was developed around 1930 by the German Joseph Pilates. Regular Pilates training improves breathing, concentration and coordination. In a gentle and efficient way, you can increase your body control and personal endurance with Pilates.

The lower, smaller and usually weaker muscle groups are especially addressed. If adequately trained, these muscles provide for an upright and healthy body.
