"Our weekly program consists of running, athletics-exercises, an intense workout and relaxation practices. My goal was to get fit again and to overcome my weaker self. Marie has brought me there – step by step –, always applying her motivating, cheerful and professional style.  Even in winter she encourages me to outdoor-training, which works wonders to counter the cold temperatures.

My bodily fitness which had been neglected the past years, is now at my old level – thanks to Personal Training. Thorough stretching exercises helped me to be more flexible again and coordination exercises led me to a deeper body-awareness. Marie leads me gently and professionally to my own limits and increases motivation to push myself further. At the same time she doesn't treat me the same every day but looks at my day to day constitution. I recommend Marie to everybody who would like to do something beneficial for body and spirit after a full day's work. "
